Bachelor of degree or above in communication, C4D, social science, health education and other related subject areas with experience in the areas of Immunization/health program communication & experience working with governments such as MOH and related agencies at national or subnational level
Competence:-
- Additional training on immunization communication is an advantage
- Strong relationship management, project management, and documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Humility and willingness to work hard in difficult conditions, patience with bureaucracy
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Power point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to set and meet and deadlines
- Fluency in English, and Amharic
