University degree holder with experience in the relevant field of NGO/iNGOs
Competence:-
- Willing to travel outside of Addis, handle work professionally in a high-hardship environment
- The ability to interact with beneficiaries include children and marginalized communities
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication) is essential
- Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of project monitoring and evaluation
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- The ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
