College education in sociology, education, and related fields with relevant experience or relevant expiernece in social accountability project implementation and evaluation of development projects
Competence:-
- Excellent documentation skills
- Up to date knowledge and experience of data analysis techniques/ packages
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written communications and expiernece of producing high quality reports
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
- Information technology skills required
- Excellent knowledge of written and Amharic skills
