Adira Business and Events is recruiting for a well renowned PLC business in Addis Ababa, around Bole medhanialem. The import/export, manufacturing and real estate business is looking for a Personal Assistant and Marketing Officer.
Position one: - Personal Assistant (PA)
β’ Education:- BA degree in Management, Business, Economics and any related field
β’ Experience:- 2-5 years as admin assistant or executive secretary
β’ Salary- negotiable
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β’ Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
β’ Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for different manager's meetings and other executive meetings
β’ Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
β’ Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
β’ Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
β’ Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
Position one: - Marketing Officer
β’ Education:- BA degree in Marketing or Business management
β’ Experience:- one year experience in a similar role
β’ Salary- negotiable
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β’ Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies
β’ Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the departmentβs operations
β’ Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
β’ Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
β’ Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the companyβs presence
β’ See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
Required Qualifications for both positions
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Amharic languages
β’ Detail oriented with excellent communication skill
β’ Superb organizational skill
β’ Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
β’ Ability to work with little to no supervision
