Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Lead and supervise enumerators and field teams during data collection.  
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of collected data on a daily basis. 
- Provide regular updates to the Field Coordinator and CEHRO team on field progress, challenges, and key observations. 
- Support the training of enumerators and ensure they understand the survey instruments and interview techniques. 
- Ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented. 
Deliverables:
- Daily field updates to the Field Coordinator
- Clean and validated data collection outputs 
- Final report on field operations and lessons learned
