Adira Business and Events is recruiting for a well renowned PLC business in Addis Ababa, around Bole medhanialem. The import/export, manufacturing and real estate business is looking for a Personal Assistant and Marketing Officer.

Position one: - Personal Assistant (PA)
β€’ Education:- BA degree in Management, Business, Economics and any related field
β€’ Experience:- 2-5 years as admin assistant or executive secretary
β€’ Salary- negotiable
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β€’ Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
β€’ Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for different manager's meetings and other executive meetings
β€’ Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
β€’ Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
β€’ Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
β€’ Read and write correspondence in mail or email form

Position one: - Marketing Officer
β€’ Education:- BA degree in Marketing or Business management
β€’ Experience:- one year experience in a similar role
β€’ Salary- negotiable
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β€’ Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies
β€’ Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
β€’ Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
β€’ Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
β€’ Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
β€’ See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics


Required Qualifications for both positions
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Amharic languages
β€’ Detail oriented with excellent communication skill
β€’ Superb organizational skill
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
β€’ Ability to work with little to no supervision
