Competence:-
- Knowledge of working with Refugees, IDPs and similar programs
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and across partners
- Excellent adaptive problem-solver in challenging environment
- Strong set of personal values including integrity and honesty
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment, with an emphasis on high-performance, teamwork, accountability and results
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of gender, age and other socio-cultural factors in the context of humanitarian programming
- Extremely flexible, and the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations
- Prior emergency response experience strongly preferred
