The main purpose of this consultancy is to produce a 60 seconds TV spots (one minute each) in Amharic Oromiffa, Tigrigna, Afari, and Somali languages by adapting from the developed radio spot.
The consultant firm must also comply with the following criteria:
- Must be licensed to operate and work in Ethiopia
