Job Title: Project Officer
Location: CORHA Secretariat office. Addis Ababa
Reports to: Program Director
CORHA is currently looking for a competent and qualified Project Officer for the implementation of UNFPA-funded work plans relating to the 8th UNFPA country program for the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Qualification and Skills: Masters degree in Public Health, Reproductive Health, or other related health science fields
Experiences: Six years or above experiences in program/project coordination position especially in SRH projects
Salary: As per the scale of the organization
Term of employment: One-year contract with 45 working days of probation period and renewable on the basis of project continuity and satisfactory performance.

ራም Ram (random-access memory) ችግሮች ዋናው የብሉ እስክሪን ኦፍ ዴዝ (blue screen of death) ዋና መንስኤ ሲሆን የሚያሳየው መልእክት ፋታል ኤክሰብሽን ኢረር( Fatal Exception Error) የሚል ነው፡፡ ፋታል ኢረር የሚነግረን አሳሳቢ የሀርድዌር ችግር አለ ማለት ነው፡፡ አንዳንዴ የሀርድዌር ክፍል ስለተጎዳ መቀየር እንዳለበት ይናገራል፡፡ በራም የሚመጡ ችግሮች ብዙ ግዜ የራሙ ከኮምፒዉተሩ ጋር ሳይጣጣም ሲቀር ነው፡፡ ይህም ማለት ለኮምፒዉተር የራም ስሎት ጋር ሳይመጣጠን ሲቀር ፤ የራሱ ያልሆነ ሞዴል ስንጠቀም እና የተለያየ አይነት ራም በአንድ Computer ውስጥ ስንጠቀም ነው፡፡ለምሳሌ 70ns ለይ 60ns ራም ስንጠቀም ኮምፒተሩን ፍጥነት ይቀንሳል፡፡ይሄ ደግሞ ራሙን ከአቅሙ በላይ ይጫነዋል በዚህ ግዜ window ክራሽ ያደርጋል፡፡

እያንዳንዱ ማዘር ቦርድ ሲመረት የራሱ የሆነ የተለያዩ ቺፕሴት ሴቲንግ አብሮት ይጫናል፡፡ እነዚህን ሴቲንግ ለመጠቀም በኮምፒውተራችን ኪቦርድ ላይ F2 ወይም F10 (እንደ ኮምፒዉተሩ ይለያያል) ኮምፒዉተሩ ስንከፍት ከጥቂት ሰከንድ በኻላ በመንካት ሴቲንጉን አክሰስ ማድረግ ይቻላል፡፡ ነገር ግን አንዴ ባዮስ ዉስጥ ከገባን ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ አለብን፡፡ ማንኛውንም ሴቲንግ ከመቀየራችን በፊት ፎቶ ወይም ወረቀት ለይ ሴቲንጎቹን ማኖር አንድ ያበላሸነው ነገር ካለ በቀላሉ መቀየር ያስችለናል፡፡ብዙን ግዜ የባዮስ ችግር የራም ላተንሲ ችግር ነው፡፡ የድሮ ኮምፒዉተር ራም ላተንሲ 3 ሲሆን የቅርብ ግዜ ራሞች ደግሞ ላተንሲ 2 ናቸው፡፡ ይሄንን ሴቲንግ በምንቀይርበት ጊዜ ኮምፒዉተሩ ክራሽ ያደርጋል ወይም ፍሪዝ ይሆናል፡፡

ቫይረሶች የኮምፒዉተር ፕሮግራም ሲሆኑ እራሳችውን በማብዝት ወይም ኮምፒዉተር ፋይሎች ላይ በማጣበቅ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት ሊያደርሱ ይችላሉ፡፡ ቫይረሶች የትእዛዞች ስብስብ ሆኖ እራሱን በሌላ የኮምፒዉተር ፕሮግራም ያጣብቃሉ(ብዙ ግዜ ኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተሙን)፡፡ ኮምፒዉተራችን ውስጥ ቫይረስ ሲያጠቃ የኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተሙን ፋይል የመቀየር ሀይል ስላለው ኮምፒዉተሩን ክራሽ ወይም ፍሪዚ ሊያረግ ይችላል፡፡

ለ Windows ክራሽ የማድረግ ዋነኛው ምክንያት የ Hardware መቃረን ነው፡፡እያንዳንዱ Hardware ክፍሎች ለመግባባት IRQ(interrupt request channel) ያስፈልጋቸዋል፡፡ እነዚህ IRQ ለየሀርድዌሩ የተለዩ ወይም የተነጠሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ ለምሳሌ አንድ ፕሪንተር IRQ 7 ሲኖረው ኪቦርድ ደግሞ IRQ 1፡፡እያንዳንዱ ሀርድዌር የራሱ የሆን IRQ ለመያዝ ጥረት ያደርጋል፡፡ ግን ብዙ የሀርድዌር እቃዎች ስንጠቀም ወይም የሀርድዌሩ ሶፍትዌር በስርዓት ካልተጫነ ሁለት ሀርድዌሮች ተመሳሳይ IRQ ሊጋሩ ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚህም ሰዓት ሁለት የሀርድዌር ዕቃዎች በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ለመጠቀም ስንሞክር ክራሽ ሊከሰት ይችላል፡፡
📼የተበላሸ ራም📼
ራም Ram (random-access memory) ችግሮች ዋናው የብሉ እስክሪን ኦፍ ዴዝ (blue screen of death) ዋና መንስኤ ሲሆን የሚያሳየው መልእክት ፋታል ኤክሰብሽን ኢረር( Fatal Exception Error) የሚል ነው፡፡ ፋታል ኢረር የሚነግረን አሳሳቢ የሀርድዌር ችግር አለ ማለት ነው፡፡ አንዳንዴ የሀርድዌር ክፍል ስለተጎዳ መቀየር እንዳለበት ይናገራል፡፡ በራም የሚመጡ ችግሮች ብዙ ግዜ የራሙ ከኮምፒዉተሩ ጋር ሳይጣጣም ሲቀር ነው፡፡ ይህም ማለት ለኮምፒዉተር የራም ስሎት ጋር ሳይመጣጠን ሲቀር ፤ የራሱ ያልሆነ ሞዴል ስንጠቀም እና የተለያየ አይነት ራም በአንድ Computer ውስጥ ስንጠቀም ነው፡፡ለምሳሌ 70ns ለይ 60ns ራም ስንጠቀም ኮምፒተሩን ፍጥነት ይቀንሳል፡፡ይሄ ደግሞ ራሙን ከአቅሙ በላይ ይጫነዋል በዚህ ግዜ window ክራሽ ያደርጋል፡፡
📟ባዮስ ሴቲንግ( BIOS settings)📟
እያንዳንዱ ማዘር ቦርድ ሲመረት የራሱ የሆነ የተለያዩ ቺፕሴት ሴቲንግ አብሮት ይጫናል፡፡ እነዚህን ሴቲንግ ለመጠቀም በኮምፒውተራችን ኪቦርድ ላይ F2 ወይም F10 (እንደ ኮምፒዉተሩ ይለያያል) ኮምፒዉተሩ ስንከፍት ከጥቂት ሰከንድ በኻላ በመንካት ሴቲንጉን አክሰስ ማድረግ ይቻላል፡፡ ነገር ግን አንዴ ባዮስ ዉስጥ ከገባን ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ አለብን፡፡ ማንኛውንም ሴቲንግ ከመቀየራችን በፊት ፎቶ ወይም ወረቀት ለይ ሴቲንጎቹን ማኖር አንድ ያበላሸነው ነገር ካለ በቀላሉ መቀየር ያስችለናል፡፡ብዙን ግዜ የባዮስ ችግር የራም ላተንሲ ችግር ነው፡፡ የድሮ ኮምፒዉተር ራም ላተንሲ 3 ሲሆን የቅርብ ግዜ ራሞች ደግሞ ላተንሲ 2 ናቸው፡፡ ይሄንን ሴቲንግ በምንቀይርበት ጊዜ ኮምፒዉተሩ ክራሽ ያደርጋል ወይም ፍሪዝ ይሆናል፡፡
🐞ቫይረስ🐞
ቫይረሶች የኮምፒዉተር ፕሮግራም ሲሆኑ እራሳችውን በማብዝት ወይም ኮምፒዉተር ፋይሎች ላይ በማጣበቅ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት ሊያደርሱ ይችላሉ፡፡ ቫይረሶች የትእዛዞች ስብስብ ሆኖ እራሱን በሌላ የኮምፒዉተር ፕሮግራም ያጣብቃሉ(ብዙ ግዜ ኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተሙን)፡፡ ኮምፒዉተራችን ውስጥ ቫይረስ ሲያጠቃ የኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተሙን ፋይል የመቀየር ሀይል ስላለው ኮምፒዉተሩን ክራሽ ወይም ፍሪዚ ሊያረግ ይችላል፡፡
⚡መጋል⚡
በኮምፒዉተራችን ዉስጥ ካሉ ሀርድዌሮች በጣም አስፈላጊው እና ዋናው ሲፒዩ ነው፡፡ ሲፒዩ በኤሌትሪክ ሃይል የሚሰራ ሲሆን ካለው ውስብስብ የትራዚስተር ብዛት አማካኝነት የሚፈጥረው ከፍተኛ ሙቀት ሲፒዩን ሊያበላሸው ወይም ከጥቅም ውጪ ሊያደርገው ይችላል፡፡ ሲፒዩ ብዙ ጊዜ ከማቀዝቀዣ ቬንትሌተር ከኮምፒዉተራችን አንድ ላይ ይመጣል፡፡ እነዚህ ቬንትሌተር ከተበላሹ ወይም ሲፒዩ ካረጀ የኮምፒዉተራችን ሲፒዩ መጋል ይጀምራል፡፡ ይህ ደግሞ በኮምፒዉተራችን ላይ የከርንል ኢረር ያስከትላል፡፡ ይሄ ችግር ብዙ ጊዜ የሚታየው በኦቩር ክሎኪንግ ጊዜ ነው፡፡ ይህ ማለት ሲፒዩን ከሚገባው በላይ በማሰራት ወይም ከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እንዲገባ በማድረግ ነው፡፡ሲፒዩ በጣም ሲግል ኮምፒዉተራችን ሳናስበው እራሱን ይዘጋል ወይም ክራሽ ያደርጋል፡፡
