*Manage employee benefit programs such as medical, insurance, leave, safety, and healthy working conditions, as well as other benefit-related services;
*Manage employee loan requests;
*Investigate employee turnover, absenteeism, and other related issues; identifies root causes and propose solutions;
Manage the pension plan for employees;
*Provide employees with counseling services to assist them in resolving personal issues or difficulties at work;
*Oversees the issuance of employee identification cards;
*Approves and sends a monthly summary of late comers' attendance records to Rewards Management Team for salary deduction;
*Oversees the proper use of annual leave, maternity leave, sick leave, and unpaid leave;
*Ensures that personnel files are stored securely and confidentially;
