Job Description
Position summary
Directs, creates, establishes, and plans the overall budgets, policies, protocols, strategies, and goals for the pharmacy services in the hospital. Keeps the great management of maintaining the good contact with multidisciplinary professionals to determine the needs/requirements, resolve problems, improve processes/procedures, and promote effective drug therapy/treatments.
Responsibilities and duties
1. Directs and guides all pharmacy staff to use products and equipments efficiently and effectively.
2. Ensures all services offered comply with local, federal rules, regulations, and all professional standards.
3. Oversees and adjusts all workflow, space, and systems processes as needed to meet operational requirements.
4. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on established competency and performance metrics on a regular basis.
5. Oversees the work for all pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and related clerks including recruiting, hiring, disciplinary action, scheduling, team building, performance evaluation, etc.
6. Serves as the director of Pharmacist and in charge for the hospital Pharmacy to fulfill all responsibilities and requirements.
7. Assures all pharmacy staff are trained appropriately so that performs necessary functions.

Job Requirements
1. At least bachelor's degree of Pharmacy or related field, and master degree of pharmacy or related field is preferred.
2. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
3. Great knowledge of the managed sub-function and the overall department function of pharmacy.
4. Requires 4+ years of management experiences at pharmacy field of hospital.
5. Strong skills of Laboratory management and coordination.
6. Strong skills of problem solving.
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

ሲሞን በሩጫ ከሚገኘው አሸናፊነት የሰው ልጅን በፍቅር ማሸነፍ እንደሚበልጥ በተግባሩ ገለፀ።

የተፎካካሪውን ውድቀት እንደመልካም አጋጣሚ ከመጠቀም ይልቅ ልባዊ ወንድምነቱን በወሳኟ ቅፅበት ማሳየት ታላቅነት ስለመሆኑ ተግብሮ አሳዬ።

ከወርቅ ሜዳሊያው ይልቅ ሰብአዊነት እንደሚልቅ ለመላው አለም አወጀ።

ከአትሌትነት በፊት "ሰው መሆን ይቀድማል" የሚል ትምህርትንም በታሪኩ አሰፈረ።

ትንግርቱን በቀጥታ ቴሌቪዥን የሚከታተሉ ሁሉ ሲሞንን "ጀግና ጀግና" ሲሉ አወደሱ።

በናይጄሪያ የአለም አትሌቲክስ ወኪሎች ሲሞንን "ጀግናችን" ሲሉ አወደሱት። ለመልካም ተግባሩም 1 ሚሊዮን ሺልንግ ሸለሙት።

የውድድሩ አዘጋጆችም ለወንድማዊ መልካም ተግባሩ ሌላ 1 ሚሊዮን ሺልንግ አበረከቱለት።

ከማእረጎች ሁሉ ሰው መሆን በላጭ ነው። የሰው ልጅም ከሁሉም ውድ ነው።

Okpekpe Race Promoter Itemuagbor Hails Amazing Fair Play Hero Cheprot
Mike Itemuagbor, promoter of the IAAF silver label Okpekpe International 10km Road Race has hailed Kenyan athlete, Simon Cheprot for his heroic feat at the 7th edition of the race held last Saturday in Okpekpe, a rusty town in Etsako East local government area of Edo State.
The lanky Cheprot who won the Okpekpe race men’s title in 2016 and was first runner up last year won the hearts of fans both at the venue and those watching live on television across the African continent when he stopped to help a rival, Kenneth Kipkemoi who collapsed towards the end of the race.
Cheprot helped his colleague across the finish line before beckoning on the medical team at the finish for aid.
The Kenyan was rewarded with $10, 000 for his humanitarian effort and Itemuagbor says what Cheprot did is the true definition of sportsmanship.
”Simon (Cheprot) may not have fulfilled his ambition of becoming the first athlete (man or woman) to win two Okpekpe titles since 2013 when we began this race, but he came to Okpekpe this year, ran and left as the hero. He did not win any medals but he won hearts.
