በኢትዮጵያ የአለም የደም ግፊት ህመም ቀን ዛሬ ይከበራል፡፡

የአለም ከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም ቀን በየአመቱ ግንቦት በገባ በሁለተኛ ሳምንት በተመረጡ በከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ በማተኮር ለማህበረሰቡ ግንዛቤ ለመፍጠር እና የደም ግፊት ምርመራዎችን በማድረግ የሚከበር ሲሆን በዚህ ዓመትም በአገራችን ሀሙስ ግንቦት 9/2011 ዓ.ም “የደም ግፊታዎን መጠን ይለኩና ይወቁ” በሚል መሪ ቃል የሚከበር ይሆናል፡፡
የከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም በከፍተኛ ደረጃ እየተስፋፋ ያለ ተላላፊ ያልሆነ በሽታ ሲሆን በአሁኑ ጊዜ ቀዳሚ ህመም እና የሞት መንስኤ እየሆነ ምምጣቱ ተነግሯል፡፡
እ.አ.አ በ2011 በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ 17 ሚሊዮን በልብና ደም ዝውውር ጋር በተያያዙ ጉዳዮች ከሞቱት ውስጥ 9.4 ሚሊዮን የሚሆኑት ሰዎች በከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም ምክንያት ነው፡፡ይህም ኤች አይቪ፤ወባ እና ቲቢ ሳቢያ ከሚሞቱት ሰዎች እጅግ የላቀ እንደሆነ ይነገራል፡፡
በአገራችን ኢትዮጵያ እ.አ.አ በ2015 በተሰራው አገር አቀፍ ጥናት የከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም ስርጭት በከተማ 22 ፐርሰንት እና በገጠር 13 ፐርሰንት እንደሆነ ተጠቁሟል፡፡
ለከፍተኛ የደም ህመም ከሚያጋልጡ ምክንያቶች መካከል ጤናማ ያልሆነ አመጋገብ (ጨው እና ስብ የበዛበት ምግቦችን መመገብ፡አትክልትነ ፍራፍሬን አለመመገብ)፡የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ አለማድረግ፡ከመጠን ያለፈ ውፍረት፡ከፍተኛ የአልኮል መጠጥ መውሰድ እና የመሳሰሉት ናቸው ተብሏል፡፡
ከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት ለልብ፡ለኩላሊት መድከም፡ለደም ዝውውር መታወክ(ስትሮክ) እንዲሆም ለሞት ይዳርጋል፡፡
መከላከያ መንገዶች፡-
የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም በመከላከልና በመቆጣጠር ረገድ ጤናማ የአኗኗር ዘይቤን መከተል በከፍተኛ ደረጃ (80%) ልንከላከል እንደሚያስችሉ የአለም አቀፉ የጤና ድርጅት ይጠቁመናል፡፡ ስለሆነም ጨው የበዛበትን ምግብ ባለመመገብ ፣በተቻለ መጠን የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ አዘውትሮ በመስራት፣በየአካባቢው የሚናገኛቸውን አትክልትና ፍራፍሬዎች የዘወትር ምግቡ ውስጥ እንዲጨምር በማድረግ እንዲሁም ህመም ቢሰማም ባይሰማም በዓመት አንድ ጊዜ አጠቃላይ የጤና ምርመራ በማድረግ ከሚመጡ ጤናን ለአደገኛ ጉዳት ከሚዳርጉ ውስብስብ ችግሮች ራስን ለመጠበቅ ያስችላል::
በተያያዘም መረጃዎች እንደሚያሳዩት የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም ሳቢያ ለሚከሰቱ የተለያዩ የሰውነት ክፍሎች ጉዳት ህክምና የሚወጣው ከፍተኛ የገንዘብ መጠን ህመምተኞችን ጨምሮ የቤተሰቦቻቸውን እና የአገርን ኢኮኖሚ ክፉኛ ይጎዳል፡፡ ይህንንም ከፍተኛ ወጪ ለመቀነስና ብሎም የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመም መጠነ ሰፊ ጫናዎች ለመከላከል ከሚያስችሉት መንገዶች መካከል ህብረተሰቡን በተለይ የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመምተኞችንና ቤተሰቦቻቸውን በማስተማር ሚናቸው እንዲጎለብት ማድረግ ቀዳሚ ተግባር ነው፡፡ ይህም (ትምህርቱ) ጤናማ የአኗኗር ዘይቤዋችን እንዲይዙ በማገዝ እና የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመምተኞቹ በሽታውን በአግባቡ በመቆጣጠር ራሳቸውን እንዲንከባከቡ ብሎም እንደ ማንኛውም ጤነኛ ሰው ምርታማ ሆነው ህይወታቸውን በስርዓት ለመምራት እንዲችሉ ይረዳቸዋል፡፡
የመገናኛ ብዙኃን የከፊተኛ የደም ግፊት ህመምን ጨምሮ ሌሎች ተላላፊ ያልሆኑ ህመሞችን ለመከላከል በእውቀት ላይ የተመሰረተ ውሳኔ የሚያሳልፍ ማኅበረሰብ ለመገንባት ለጤና ጠንቅ የሆኑ የአመጋገብ፣ የጊዜ ማሳለፊያ ልማዶችን በአጠቃላይ ጤናማ የአኗኗር ዘይቤ እንዲጠናከር በማስተማር ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ እንዲያበረክቱ ይጠበቃል፡፡

“የደም ግፊትዎን መጠን ይለኩና ይወቁ”
የአሜሪካው ፕሬዚዳንት ዶናልድ ትራምፕ ወደ ሀገሪቱ የሚገቡ ስደተኞችን የሚመለከት አዲስ ዕቅድ ይፋ አደረጉ።
ትራምፕ ትናንት ማምሻውን እንዳስታወቁት፥ ከዚህ በኋላ ወደ አሜሪካ የሚገቡ ስደተኞች የተማሩ፣ ወጣቶች፣ እንግሊዝኛን መናገር የሚችሉ እና የሚሰጣቸውን የስነዜጋ ፈተና የሚያልፉ መሆን አለባቸው።
