Job Summary:
As a member of the DFSA MEAL team, you will monitor and report on all project activities in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your thorough and service-oriented approach will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve. You will also lead the monitoring and verification of intervention and outcome quality across implementation areas. This will entail conducting periodic assessments of quality of interventions delivered by the implementation teams and providing improvement suggestions.
Job Requirement
• MA/MSC or BA/BSC Degree in related field of study with 2 years relevant experience for MA/MSC or 4 years relevant experience for BA/BSC degree
• Strong evidence of quantitative techniques
• Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data preferred.
• Experience participating in routine and periodic data collection of large scale/complex survey, studies, and other assessments.
• Experience using statistical analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R or similar software.
• Proficient in using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Mastery of excel is an added advantage.

• Good relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with local partners and community members
