ሥርዓቱ ከ40 ዓመታት በላይ በሥራ ላይ የቆየውን አሰራር የሚቀይርና ለእኩል ሥራ እኩል ክፍያ የሚለውን ሕገ-መንግስታዊ መርህን በተሻለ ሁኔታ ለመተግበር እንደሚያስችል ነው ሚኒስቴሩ የገለጸው።
በሚኒስቴሩ የአደረጃጀት፣ የሥራ ምዘናና የክፍያ ጥናት ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ መብራቱ ካሳ እንዳሉት በአገሪቱ ተመሳሳይ ሥራዎች የተለያዩ መጠሪያዎችና የተለያዩ ደረጃዎች ተሰጥቷቸው ቆይተዋል።
ይህም እስካሁን የነበረውን ለተመሳሳይ ሥራ የተለያየ ክፍያ በማስቀረት ለእኩል ሥራ እኩል ክፍያ የሚለውን መርህ የማያስጠብቅ ነው ብለዋል።ከዚህ ወር ጀምሮ ወደ ሙከራ ትግበራ የሚገባው የተሻሻለው የሥራ ምዘናና የደረጃ አወሳሰን ሥርዓት ሥራዎቹን በአገልግሎት ዓይነት ሳይሆን ተመሳሳይ በሆኑ ደረጃዎች ውስጥ እንዲገቡ ይደርጋል።
በዚህ መሰረት በ6 የአገልግሎት ዓይነቶች ሥር የነበሩትን 60 ያህል የሥራ ደረጃዎች ወደ 22 የሥራ ደረጃዎች ዝቅ እንዲሉ ተደርጓል።
በአገሪቱ ያሉት ሁሉም ሥራዎች ተመዝነው በሚያገኙት አንፃራዊ ዋጋ መሰረት በእነዚህ የሥራ ደረጃዎች ውስጥ የሚገቡ ይሆናል።
በአገሪቱ የሚገኙ ከ15 ሺህ በላይ ሥራዎች የተቆጠሩ ሲሆን ከእነዚህ ውስጥ ለ7 ሺህ 82 ሥራዎች እያንዳንዱ ተቋም የሥራ ዝርዝር እንዲያዘጋጅ ተደርጎ የሥራ ዝርዝር ቀረፃ መሰራቱንና የማረጋገጡም ተግባር መጠናቀቁን ተናግረዋል።
ሥራዎችን በመመዘን ባላቸው የተለየ ባህሪይ ልዩ የደመወዝ እርከን እንዲኖር በማድረግ ችግሩን ለመፍታት ጥረት እየተደረገ ነው ብለዋል።
በአገሪቱ ባሉ ተቋማት የሚታዩትን ከ70 በላይ የደመወዝ እርከኖችን ለእኩል ሥራ እኩል ክፍያ መርህን ባስጠበቀ መልኩ ደረጃ ውስጥ የማስገባት ተግባር ትኩረት ተሰጥቶት እየተሰራ መሆኑንም በማሳያነት ጠቅሰዋል።
