➖ کلمه altogether  به معنی به طور کامل و همه چیز  است.

منزل من به طور کامل به اتمام نرسیده است.

⛔ نکته:
کلمه altogether برای بیان جمع کل و یا درمجموع استفاده می گردد.

Altogether Mark earns more than his cousin.
در مجموع  مارک بیشتر از پسر عمویش کسب درآمد کرده است.


➖کلمه all together به معنی همه کس، همه باهم یا همه چیز می باشد.

The last time all of us were together was in 1999.

♠️گذشته ساده(فعل+  edبرای افعال با قاعده):

I/you/he/she/it/we/you/they +went

to go  یک فعل بی قاعده است بنابراین برای گذشته شدن ed  نمی گیرد.
 

♠️* گذشته استمراری(was/were + present participle):

I was going, you were going, he/she/it was going,
