Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officers conducting nighttime water-based patrol near Sebastian Inlet stopped a 42-foot vessel carrying what turned out to be a Haitian human trafficking smuggling operation attempting to gain entry into the U.S. via the east coast of Florida.
The operator of the vessel was armed and onboard the deck of the boat, they discovered 25 individuals, including five unaccompanied children. officers also confiscted firearms, night vision gear & drugs. Please note that the attached article refers to these illegals as #immigrants. We cannot continue to use this word when describing illegals. Calling them 'immigrants' is a huge slap in the face to all of the people entering the US through legal channels. - #WordsMatter
