On July 27, 2022 the government first offered me to plead guilty to 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2) and 2 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding,” a felony charge which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years of imprisonment, a fine of $250,000, and a term of supervised release of not more than 5 years - but we told them HELL NO!

Eventually, they offered me to plead guilty to 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) “Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds,” a misdemeanor which carries a maximum sentence of 1 year of imprisonment, a fine of $100,000, and a term of supervised release of not more than 1 year - but the “Statement of Offense” they wrote up and wanted me to sign my name to was full of lies.

I knew it was like playing chicken - because the other option was a rigged trial - but I held to my convictions - and we told them that they had to take out all the lies before I would agree to it.

Thankfully they did. Here’s what we finally agreed on:

I ended up with a sentence of 2 months imprisonment, a fine of $2,500, and a term of supervised release of 1 year.
Judgment

I’ve met 2 J6ers who had prison sentences the same as me (Baked Alaska and Simone Gold), 3 who had sentences with less prison time than me (Treniss Evans and Thomas - and Dawn Munn), and 1 whose sentence didn’t include prison time (Kristina Malimon).

Other J6ers have not been so lucky.

I’ve met 5 J6ers who haven’t been to trial yet, and they are all facing more felony charges than I was (Paul Rae, Philip Anderson, Luke Coffee, and Mark and Jalise Middleton). None of them did anything wrong that day. All of them were virtuous that day. Any one of them has the potential of their prison sentence being higher than the highest one yet.

I’ve met 10 J6ers sentenced for felonies.

💥 Peaceful Patriot takes Grenade Blast from Police on January 6th
