🇮🇱🇵🇸 The Israeli army has announced the withdrawal of troops from Khan Yunis. The 98th Division has left the southern Gaza Strip after four months of fighting. Israeli journalists report that the troop withdrawal is unrelated to political disputes. The Israel Defense Forces will continue operations in Khan Yunis, but they will now focus on raiding activities.

The answer is no. The withdrawal of troops from Khan Yunis is actually a sign of preparation for the operation.
