▪️بگفته انجمن مشاوران املاک کانادا بازار مسکن دچار رکود و بنوعی خواب زمستانی شده، بازاری که کاهش فروش، توام با ثابت ماندن قیمت ملک و تعداد لیستینگ ها در آن کاملا مشهود است. اطلاعات ماه اکتبر نشان می دهد در این ماه تعداد فروش ملک کاهش یافته (حدود 5.6 درصد)، لیستینگ های کمی وارد بازار شده اند و قیمت ملک تقریبا ثابت مانده است. بگفته یک اقتصاددان حالا بازار ملک در تورنتو و ونکوور به نفع خریداران یا اصطلاحا Buyer's market است.
