ALERT: the #TikTok app is a trojan horse!

Two separate studies found that the TikTok application is able to avoid code audits on the Apple and Google app stores, and that it is capable of changing the app’s behavior as it pleases without users’ knowledge and utilizes device tracking that essentially gives the company and third parties an all-access pass to user data.

This gives TikTok’s Beijing-based parent company ByteDance (who has had ties to the Chinese government) full access to user data. TikTok declined to confirm or deny the validity of the research.

If you care for your #privacy, delete this application from your device and the devices of your kids. Not only you will protect your and their privacy (or whatever is left of it), but more importantly: TikTok's algorithm in China rewards people for doing engineering and science videos, In the west it reward people for doing the dumbest and most stupid things such as twerking or anything which is worthless to society. It meant to destroy our youth!
