Is there any community consensus on whether I2P is better than TOR and less U.S. Navy penetrated and FBI penetrated, as an example?

I don't use them all, but it doesn't really matter to me either. The people who want to control everything have to learn somehow that they will fail. Most human beings for most of history have lived in a state of anarchy; most of our daily interaction with our family, friends, and neighbors and colleagues is framed by anarchy, and anarchy is the only mode of organization that is consistent with our accepting responsibility for ourselves, our families, and our communities in an adult way. That last sentence is from a book called "Libertarian Anarchy: Against the State" by Gerard Casey. It reminded me of my conversation here with @thecolorjay.
