Hey everyone! Cassandra here :) I've wanted to share some things I've been figuring out over the last couple of months of deep self reflective work.
When we carry pain, it turns into seeds that we carry energetically.
It doesn't happen automatically, but over time of that pain being dismissed.
Often when our pain goes unacknowledged, that seed grows into an attachment to the person who you feel wronged you in some way, hurt you, whatever the case may be.
That attachment takes energy and restimulation of that pain. This is where memories and emotions can come flooding back - because the lack of closure and acknowledgement.
one seed can connect to multiple people.
The usual location I've seen for these is in the pericardium - which on a body psychology level represents psychic interactions, heart protection, and spirituality.
Often we will never receive that validation or acknowledgement, so how do you move forward?
Ways to work with this pain:
1) Ask yourself - what age are these seeds coming from? usually it is some inner child aspect, sometimes its past life.
2) can you, as your adult form or higher self, validate that experience? For example, telling that child self that it was unfair, it was hurtful, but "I am here for you now".
Often, as that younger self, we push away the feelings because someone else "created them". So we may feel the anger but don't process and we bottle up the other emotions.
3) Can you give yourself what you need or do you need outside guidance/regulation?
4) If you resonate with sacred rays, frequencies (not to do the work for you but to guide you through all the feelings)
5) Guided visualization or feeling- dissolving the seed.
Sometimes, it is also helpful to know that there are many not self aware. They are repeating patterns, in a state of pain, and although this does not make situations okay, its a deep acceptance for seeing others where they truly are while knowing now, as an adult, you can set boundaries and communicate.
That wisdom of knowing that people can only love to their level of love.
These seeds are important to work with so there is more spaciousness, less holding self and others in a particular state of consciousness and more flexibility moving forward.

Choosing this ray may simply be the experience of re-union with the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, and the need to feel more Love and joy in your Life, or more insight, all qualities brought through by the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light. It may also be that you are at the point of awakening to your fifth dimensional Selves, which occurs through the activation of the dormant DNA related to this fifth dimensional level, either etherically or physically. The activation of the Interstellar axiatonal lines gives you the experience of the sacred geometries, sound and tonal frequencies related to this dimension, and the ability to lift yourself to this level of Cosmic Consciousness awareness. If this ray is chosen for the mental, emotional or physical body, you are generally seeing a person who has experienced many of the Temple teachings in ancient Egypt and Atlantis, and depending on the positioning of the other rays in the reading, may be experiencing the healing of Cosmic wounds, or a deeper level of Service work and increased responsibility. This ray is perceived as feminine in nature, and very useful in working with issues of abundance and manifestation. Surrounding yourself in this beautiful fifth dimensional Interstellar ascension flame allows a deeper experience of Self Love and Self-acceptance. Usually at this stage, there would be a deeper activation of the kundalini and tantric channels, and for high level initiates, a deeper degree of Tantric Immortality may be experienced. Beyond the veils, the etheric immortal chromosomes within the body are being Activated.

Some great awareness that may be helpful for you all.
How often have you thought the Earth to be extremely dense and really difficult for you as a highly sensitive person?
Have you felt obligated to turn your frequency down to fit in?
To resonate with the vibration you feel so it's not overwhelming?
What if, what you were tuning into, wasn't the Earth frequency, but the fear programming that has been running on the planet through the DNA, the soul matrix?
Let this be a permission to remember the high frequency of the planet, all of the trees, water, crystals, the ground...
It is always in it's natural state.
This is why many HSPs will feel immensely better in nature.
So, repeat after me:
I release the fear programming/holographic inserts from my free will power.
I am a direct connection to my soul matrix, to divinity, embodied in the safety of my physical vessel.
All illusions that have been removed, past, present and future - is replaced by my internal liquid light.

I know we get so caught up in the mental level at times and I want to invite you to feel into what resonates and what doesn't.
But, it really hit me when Andrrea Hess said "thoughts do not create your reality, your actions do" and it made me rethink everything.
Every action I take - is it truly coming from my heart and soul?
With every action, is it creating the life I actually want?
Or, am I allowing my thoughts of fear or other emotions to dictate actions?
There's been so many times I've acted on my emotions versus waiting for clarity and asking myself the above question.
So I invite you, even with the small actions - is this adding to/creating the life you want?
And if you've let emotions take the wheel - ITS OKAY! we are human! And with more awareness we can catch it and do it less.
Come from clarity. Even if you don't know what the steps are - just act on what is illuminating and exciting you on a heart and soul level.
