The time allotted for fundraising within the framework of the Seed round has ended🎬

We have not reached the goal of a soft cap from private equity🥶, but we are negotiating with two investment funds to cover the need for at least a soft cap ($350k).

We stop collecting direct investments and finalize negotiations with investment sites😏
If the negotiations will successful, the round will be closed and all those who invested directly will be able to receive their tokens via claim on the MoonApp claim page.

🥸Why we didn’t close the round and raise funds directly, at least soft cap?

The first reason for this is the irresponsibility of our partners, two partners at once (marketing and strategic) did not fulfill their obligations under our agreements, which led to a failure in the strategy that had been worked out of us for six months.

The second reason is a sharp market collapse in the bear market, that is, a double blow to the investment opportunities of crypto market participants, which gave a global decrease in loyalty and trust in new projects.
