Ethiopian Youth Entrepreneurs Association (EYEA) with the support of Women's Digital Financial Inclusion Advocacy Hub (WDFI), and in collaboration with Hibret Bank, is to conduct a digital financial literacy training for young women entrepreneurs. The training targets are young women entrepreneurs, who are founders or leaders in a startup company or in an MSME. Young women who are in the process of opening their company can participate in the training as well. At the end of the training session participants will be awarded a certificate of completion. The training will take place over two days. Once potential candidates are selected, the exact date and place will be communicated for selected participants in a few weeks via email and phone call. Interested women entrepreneurs can fill out the following form to register for the training.

The training will cover concepts, such as,

1 Business Financial Management (Balance Sheets, Financial Statements, Cash Flow…)
2 Personal Financial Management (Setting Financial Goals, Savings, Loan Management, Investment, Risk Management and Insurance...)
3 How to leverage digital financial services
4 How to navigate different mobile money platforms 
5 Available products and services, their use, and value for consumers 
6 Budgeting and financial management tools that consumers can use to track their expenditures
7 How to safeguard against fraud attempts
