📌 Rather than drinking cold water, add a pinch of Celtic salt to warm water, as it is far better absorbed into the body and does not pass straight through. Celtic Salt is the best as it contains lots of minerals.
📌 Epsom salt baths helps to detox the body, but you have to stay in the bath water for 20 minutes for it to be truly effective. It is suggested you use a timer. Use 1 cup of salts. You can also use Celtic sea salt or grey salt from the Atlantic Ocean.
📌 K2 with Vit D ensures the Vit D goes into your bones and teeth and not your arteries as Vit D is fat soluble. The ‘normal’ level for Vit D in the UK labs is 30-50ng/ml. In optimum nutrition 50-80ng/ml is recommended.

📌 On May 6, 2024, World Council for Health delivered a Notice of Liability to the WHO headquarters in Geneva. We are still waiting for a response.
📌 Around midday on 6 May, 2024, lawyer Phillip Kruse delivered a Notice of Liability addressed to Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Dr Maria van Kerkhove, Dr Janet Diaz and Jeremy Farrar. Drafted by specialist lawyers and health scientists, it put these individuals on notice that they are both personally liable for the harms inflicted on the world’s people at the hands of the World Health Organization and its championing of dangerous, untested mRNA genetic injections.
