To make 20 pink 💗HAND HEARTS 💗, you need:
A4 sheet of neon pink thick felt/ cardboard
0.5mm elastic thread
Tape
Heart-shaped stencil
Large sewing needle
Pen
Crafting process:
1- Outline 20 hearts on the felt in pen/pencil.
2- With the sewing needle threaded with the elastic, make holes 0.5cm from the inside edge on either side of each heart, looping the elastic through to the side with the pencil markings
3- Secure the ends with tape
4- Voila!
‘Hand 💗’ are useful:
💗 To wave ‘goodbye’ or say ‘hi’
💗 To say ‘thank you’, e.g. when a driver shows kindness on the road
💗 To uplift someone’s spirits
💗 To bring colour to a dreary day
💗To transcend the red/blue divide
💗 To spread LOVE not fear
Add extra love to the crafting process by inviting kids and elders to create them with you.
Hand hearts are best worn in conjunction with a smile!

📍World Council for Health have partnered with the Control Group to launch a pioneering study into the success of 'detox protocols'!
📍It is a prospective observational study, meaning that once an individual enrols in the study, they contribute data from that point onwards for a fixed period of time.
📍The aim of this study is to determine the impact of WCH Detox & Wellbeing protocols on self-reported measures of wellbeing.
📍The study is available to participants aged 18 +, anyone who is not yet a participant, can join now - there is no cost to join - simply complete the baseline health questionnaire and then enrol in the WCH Detox & Wellbeing survey.
📍This is a pioneering study to gain valuable insights into detox protocols - we need your help!

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has centralised collaborating centres worldwide. These include WHO country cooperation strategies, WHO Collaborating Centres, Global Outbreak Alert Response Network Partner Institutions & Global Healthcare Emergency Corps.
Australia was signed up to a WHO cooperation strategy in 2017 by MP Greg Hunt.
What are WHO Collaboration Centres?
WHO Collaborating Centres are institutions designated by the Director General to support the WHO.
Their main role is:
📍To implement WHO’s mandated working program objectives
📍To develop and strengthen institutional capacity in countries and regions.
