It was fascinating looking at the way in which conflict escalates and can equally be deescalated.
We can save ourselves so much mental dis-ease by learning these key tools and applying them to various interpersonal challenges in life.

This month, we offered free tickets to our Better Way Detox Fair to those with vaccine injuries, giving them the much-needed face-to-face support they deserve. By providing events like this for free or at affordable prices to help as many people as possible, we now find ourselves in a rather precarious financial position.
Unfortunately, this month we have had to reduce the size of our team, with some team members reducing hours and others choosing to volunteer. This change has been challenging and heartbreaking, considering how hardworking and passionate our team has been.
It has been integral to our mission to operate outside the grasps of pharmaceutical ties and corporate interests and, while we will continue operating within this space of integrity, it is proving to be difficult.
We hope that by sharing the reality of our current situation, we will incentivize you to support us either with a recurring monthly donation, a paid Substack subscription, a one-off donation, or by buying items from our online shop. We stock a great selection of books, supplements, t-shirts, and more!
