Scene 1
: (When coming from MIUI this is necessary)
(You can do this when upgrading from old TWRP too)

. Reboot to fastboot
. fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

Scene 2
: (When coming from old TWRP)

. Flash new Rom
. TWRP gets fucked , but just flash new one (as dtbo is already updated by the new rom)
. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
