Under the current economic situation, it has become challenging for young graduates to seek employment and as PERSOLKELLY Malaysia provides recruitment, staffing and consultancy services, we would be the best platform to assist graduates for job placement in various industries

The program structure is designed to ensure that the young graduates are provided with the right skill sets by virtue of completing a minimum of 120 hours in a phased learning program throughout the seven (7) months program.

The young graduates shall be going through a Classroom training for the first (1) month including English Language as well venturing into the work world. The young graduates will also have the opportunity to be coached in a coaching development session for a period across six (6) months for one (1) module per month during their on-the-job-training (OJT).

Once the skills sets has been provided we will then deploy all of the young graduates to the organizations to conclude the remaining development program throughout their OJT.
