Situation ;
IN DEC 2022 we sent a DSAR to the bank. They said they would reply in 5 weeks but took six months? . In Feb we began asking questions regarding the original loan note etc. then we sent a series of AFFIDAVIT NOTICES (5 month process) . Bank seemed to have gone away? IN MAY 2024 the bank instructed receivers to take back the property. They came several times but we managed to send them away. In December 2023 they got a possession order from Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court and to take the property on the 3rd December 2024. We were able to hold them off. Last week they came to the premises with a High court enforcement writ but on paperwork seemingly from the same county court. ( we have had no warning from the high court or county court this was taking place). There is no stamp on the paperwork, no judge name and it appears to be signed by a dead corporation ie TLT is the signature. They are the solicitors based in Bristol that seem to be popping up everywhere?
WITNESS / AUDIT THE PROCESS / LETS HOLD THE BALIFFS / REVENUE COLLECTORS / POLICE TO ACCOUNT , AS WE THE PEOPLE TAKE AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN PROCEEDINGS AND DUE PROCESS.
YOU MUST REMAIN PEACEFUL AT ALL TIMES AND RECORD EVERYTHING YOU WITNESS . TRY TO OBTAIN NAMES , BADGE NUMBERS , COMPANY DETAILS ETC.
