RULING BY EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS PAVES THE WAY FOR MANDATORY COVID VACCINATIONS. SOROS AND GATES ARE THE BIGGEST FUNDERS OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE THAT SET UP THE ECHR
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled yesterday that vaccinations for children are "necessary in a democratic society".
The case involved several families from the Czech Republic whose children had been refused admission to school because they had not been fully vaccinated against a panel of nine diseases including hepatitis B, tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria and whooping cough.
Sixteen of the 17 judges rejected the families' argument that the compulsory vaccination law went against their right to respect for private life.
"The objective had to be to protect every child against serious diseases.
In the great majority of cases, this was achieved by children receiving the full schedule of vaccinations during their early years.
Those to whom such treatment could not be administered were indirectly protected against contagious diseases as long as the requisite level of vaccination coverage was maintained in their community; in other words, their protection came from herd immunity," the ruling stated. (1)
Nicolas Hervieu, a legal expert specialising in ECHR matters, said the ruling "reinforces the possibility of compulsory vaccination" for COVID-19.
Dr. Grégor Puppinck is Director General of the European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ) that has consultative status at the U.N.(2)
He is also a Member of the OSCE Panel of Experts on Freedom of Religion or Belief and an Expert to the Council of Europe.
He takes part in the Committee of Experts on the Reform of the European Court of Human Rights.(3)
Puppinck has been uncovering the financial ties between George Soros, Bill Gates and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) which was established by the member states of the Council of Europe.(4)
The financial reports of the Council of Europe show that George Soros' Open Society and Bill Gates' Microsoft are the two largest private donors to the organization. (4)
Puppinck published an extensive report last year showing that over the last ten years, 22 of the 100 permanent judges of the ECHR have come from seven NGOs active in the Court, and that 18 of them have sat in cases involving "their" NGO, in violation of the basic rules of judicial ethics. Among these seven NGOs, Sores’ Open Society network stands out for the number of judges linked to it (12) and for the fact that it funds the six other organizations cited in the report. (5)
