From Twitter: "Woman bumps into non national, and he stabs her and her 3 children. Passerby knocks knife out of man's hand, and he is overpowered and beaten by people in the area. One child supposed to be very bad." Further reports saying he was definitely a migrant and that she was a teacher and they were her school kids.
