You are the alabaster, The oil is God's Spirit, The fragrance is God's anointing and fire. If you allow God to break you, there is no limit to what he will do with you.
We are not fasting to change things, we are fasting so God can change us because once we are in alignment, everything falls in place. The fast is 6-6 bit for those who work and nursing mothers who cannot take on long hours, they can break their fast by 3 pm. There is an instruction for us to fast more than ever this year, so we can be strong to face the year and prevail.
