Covid-19: Legal Case Update

I had hoped to be able to make a public announcement regarding the date of the first hearing sooner, however, we have since decided that we needed to file a Replying Affidavit. I expect our Replying Affidavit to be filed next week and we are back before the Courts mid April to get directions on Written Submissions - so it will likely be mid April before I can give an indication of when the first hearing date will be.

See below details if you want to do an online search for the case, which shows we are back before the Courts for mention/directions on 15 April.

I will update everyone as soon as I have more information.

I never expected it to take 3 years to get to this point, and I probably would have thought twice about taking a case had I believed it would take this long - but there is no point in looking back. We can only look forward now and make the best argument possible, but either way, I believe that we have good on our side, so let's pray that good prevails.
