The Schumann Resonance has been relatively stable over the past three weeks. However, within the last 48 hours, there has been an observed increase in ionic background radiation. These shifts can influence human brain wave activity, pushing them from alpha waves into states between beta and gamma waves, with notable physiological and psychological effects.

• Alpha Waves:
Alpha waves, with a frequency range of 8–13 Hz, are typically associated with a calm, relaxed, and meditative state. They occur during periods of wakeful relaxation and are linked to reduced stress and enhanced creativity.

• Beta Waves:
Beta waves, ranging from 13–30 Hz, dominate during states of active focus, problem-solving, and decision-making. These waves support concentration but may also contribute to heightened stress levels and restlessness when excessively stimulated.

• Gamma Waves:
Gamma waves, at frequencies above 30 Hz (up to 100 Hz or more), are the fastest brain waves and are associated with heightened cognitive functioning, memory integration, and intense mental focus.

The transition from alpha to a state between beta and gamma activity may result in:

• Increased heart rate due to heightened energetic dynamics

• Intensified focus and mental intensity, potentially leading to difficulty relaxing for some.

• Disruption of circadian rhythms, the natural biological processes regulating sleep-wake cycles.

These effects can interfere with restful sleep, increasing feelings of restlessness or agitation. Additionally, heightened skin sensations, such as tingling or sensitivity, or itching may be more noticeable during this period due to changes in nervous system activity. Much love. AQ

The famous Italian diver Enzo Maiorca dove into the sea of Syracuse and was talking to his daughter Rossana who was aboard the boat. Ready to go in, he felt something slightly hit his back. He turned and saw a dolphin. Then he realized that the dolphin did not want to play but to express something. The animal dove and Enzo followed.

At a depth of about 12 metres, trapped in an abandoned net, there was another dolphin. Enzo quickly asked his daughter to grab the diving knives. Soon, the two of them managed to free the dolphin, which, at the end of the ordeal, emerged, and issued an "almost human cry" (describes Enzo). (A dolphin can stay underwater for up to 10 minutes, then it drowns.)

The released dolphin was helped to the surface by Enzo, Rosana and the other dolphin. That’s when the surprise came: she was pregnant!

The male circled them, and then stopped in front of Enzo, touched his cheek (like a kiss), in a gesture of gratitude and then they both swam off.
