Trading volume has once again dropped to monthly lows and total market cap has seen a short term stabilization over the past 24 hours. The bears have been strong until now, however, they’ve lost strength and it’s likely we see a strong reversal move in the short term.

BTC has made an engulfing bullish candle on the 4H time frame after making a small wick in the supply zone till $32,900. 🧭

Liquidity played its role and we made a bounce back but the market still seems bearish with the next support till $30k. 🙌🛑

Any bullish sentiments in the market are supposed to be confirmed after a closing above $40k. 📊

BTC is forming a wedge on higher time frames. With the major resistance being $40K. 🪜📊

We’ve rejected the $2 Trillion market cap for now, as the bears have proven short term strength pushing BTC and ETH down to new mid term lows. If we see this turn into a liquidity tap with a fast and high volume buy back, the table would turn in the favour of bulls, however a midterm confirmation is still awaited.

BTC is down to the major 0.5 support zone in the fibonacci retracement on 4H timeframe after the trendline breakout on the daily time frame. 🪜📊

If the $40K and $39,500 zone is broken, next support comes out to be the $37,500 area. 📉

If the bullish momentum is continued the major resistance will be the new recent high made after the trendline breakout that is $46K. 📈

Second day in a row the DIA becomes the market’s top gainer and second day that the market remains short term bearish as short term selling pressure keeps building up. We won’t confirm a significant mid/long term bullish move until we once again see our total market cap breaking above $2 Trillion.
