Bearish pressure has continued to build up over the last 24 hours, pushing both BTC and alts a bit lower. We can expect to see this lower volume trend extend over the next couple of days considering we’re near our yearly close, before eventually reaching a mid term bottom and exploding again. 🤑

BTC has broken the major support levels of $46K. A major dump was seen below that leading directly to the next major weekly support zone that is $38K-$40K. 📉

A consolidation phase could be coming in for the next few weeks between $40K and $46K and if a further down move is seen below $40K, we could be seeing another big crash, keeping in mind the pattern made in May-July 2021. 📊⭕️

BTC's total market cap is down 3.5% today as well, going below $2 Trillion for the first time since September 2021. 😳

For the last bearish setup of September 2021 to be repeated, we at least need to see a bounce taking BTC to its previous $45K to $50K ranges, following a nice and slow recovery. 🤔✅

Other than that, if the recent support of $40K is broken, the next major support area would be the $37.5K zone. 📊

A bearish momentum will be followed by the 200 Ema and 50 Ema crossover.⭕️

The DEATH CROSSOVER has already happened ie the 50 EMA crossing the 200 EMA in the downward direction. 🛑😳

The market is trying to hold the major support level of $42K and a break either side of the range made could be a decisive move for BTC. 📊

The next immediate support after $42K is $40K. If BTC manages to break that as well ( highly unlikely ) we could be seeing another prolongation of the bearish market. 📉🙄

Wicks or Shadows play a major role in candle formation. 📊

On higher time frames BTC still tends to move in a ranged manner. 🏛

Some pumps dumps and manipulation can be seen on lower time frames but as of now, the range needs to be broken to give a decisive move. 📈📉

Stop loss hunting of high leveraged traders is possible with a wick formation below $41K. 🛑
