This project is designed to calculate in a faster and easier way the beats per minute in the first 15" of activity (or rest).
How does it work?
1. Take your current bpm within the first 15 seconds.
2. Launch the project and enter the correct number from the step 1.
3. Hit 'CALCULATE'.
Notes:
- It uses the basic math formula: current bpm * 4, so you get the APPROXIMATE heart rate from a minute.
