Reporting to HR Head

Total Years of Exp- 8-10 Years

Should have exp to manage operations, Compliance and Payroll independently

Prior Experience is mandatory

Should have exp working in mid-sized organization 500- 1000 Employees

Good communication skills

Good MS Office

Making and Updating Policies
Personal File Management
Handling Audit queries for payroll & F&F
Supervising HCM Operation activities
Managing performance of HCM Operations Executive
Preparing & managing the statutory compliances - Gratuity, LWF, Profession Tax etc
Preparing the input file for F&F & checking the same which is shared to the vendor
§ Providing requirements for changes in the Exit process & management & being a part of Project which will help in institutionalizing these changes

§ Maintaining all MIS

Education – MBA

Compensation – INR 800000- 1000000 PA
