What is an example of psychodynamic therapy?
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on building the client's internal resources to be able to deal with problems going forward without the aid of the therapist. For example, a client with depression may learn how to explore how reactions to present-day circumstances may be influenced by past events.

​Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) is a form of #psychotherapy that focuses on relieving symptoms by improving interpersonal functioning. A central idea in IPT is that psychological symptoms can be understood as a response to current difficulties in everyday relationships with other people.

What is an example of interpersonal therapy?
