Torticollis is a problem involving the muscles of the neck that causes the head to tilt down. The term comes from two Latin words: tortus, which means twisted, and collum, which means neck. Sometimes it's called “wryneck.” If your baby has the condition at birth, it's called congenital muscular torticollis.
تورتیکولی مشکلی است که عضلات گردن را درگیر می کند و باعث می شود سر به سمت پایین خم شود. این اصطلاح از دو کلمه لاتین گرفته شده است: tortus به معنای پیچ خورده و collum به معنای گردن. گاهی اوقات به آن "چروک" می گویند. اگر کودک شما در بدو تولد این بیماری را داشته باشد، تورتیکولی عضلانی مادرزادی نامیده می شود.

Kernicterus is a type of brain damage that can result from high levels of bilirubin in a baby's blood. It can cause athetoid cerebral palsy and hearing loss. Kernicterus also causes problems with vision and teeth and sometimes can cause intellectual disabilities.
کرنیکتروس نوعی آسیب مغزی است که می‌تواند ناشی از سطوح بالای بیلی روبین در خون نوزاد باشد. می تواند باعث فلج مغزی آتوئید و کاهش شنوایی شود. کرنیکتروس همچنین باعث مشکلات بینایی و دندان می شود و گاهی اوقات می تواند باعث ناتوانی های ذهنی شود.

A biliblanket is a phototherapy home treatment that consists of a portable illuminator and fiber-optic pad. It uses a pad of woven fibers to transfer light to a baby in order to treat neonatal jaundice (hyperbilirubimia).
Biliblanket یک درمان خانگی فتوتراپی است که از یک روشن کننده قابل حمل و پد فیبر نوری تشکیل شده است. برای درمان زردی نوزادان (هیپربیلی روبیمی) از یک پد از الیاف بافته شده برای انتقال نور به نوزاد استفاده می کند.
