Splatters of Noise

Coming together under the sign of unexplored soundscapes

Launched in 2023, the format intends to bring people into exchange and test the resilience and capacity of performative communication practice.
What kind of guided mediation is this? Audio-visual dialogues in conditions beyond the borders of over- and under-stimulation open up spaces for experimentation and lab situations in witch the artistic gesture moves into focus and the artistic methodology of live composing audio shifts into a processual happening.
These happenings are flavored by various guest artists, changing with each episode.

Twice a month, these cross-media and multi-hour episodes are broadcast live.

+ guest artist F.X.Rauch / Oily Lagoon

-
We are excited to host our next episode with Oily Lagoon from Berlin.
Oily Lagoon and AA have already performed live and public in various situations a few years ago. Lagoon's audio could be read as singularities on headphones for out of balance landscapes. We looking forward to this new experimental collaboration.

F.X.Rauch started collecting noise instruments and devices since he was in the age of 16. Meanwhile he had filled a entire studio with them. And with that, he could now wisely select a particular tool for a specific situation. We are pleased to welcome F.X.Rauch for the third time.

And this episode without F.X.Rauch, he got sick. We wish a fast and happy recovery.

Two hours Performative Arts

with
ffff + F.X.Rauch + Shau-Jo
& guest artist Kassandra

We are happy to have Kassandra in this episode.
Kassandra of semi-greek origin, works with multiple medias. In first instance with text, silk-screen print making and performance. For this episode Kassandras focus lays on reading own texts in combination with over-driving a bass guitar. Next to this, some silk-screen prints – maybe from Athens, perhaps about something else – will become elements of the visual part of our stage. Let's see what happens.

instrument list / setup
-

Kassandra
Fender Jazz e-bass guitar & Uebertreiber overdrive-pedal
microphone & own texts + voice
with a focus on clutter + chaotic confusion
