🇹🇭 I dined at Isomaru Suisan 磯夬水産 in Japan awhile ago and later discovered their branches in Japan and other countries, often with different names. The global concept is similar, but there are menu and taste variations. In Bangkok's Kenzo Suisan, has their unique flavours fusion with local thai styled. Japan's fresh seafood is undeniable, while Thailand offers rich, aromatic dishes, including delightful grilled oysters with soy sauce and butter.
