Vaccine mandates/passes blowback is part of the design of how this COVID crisis was planned to unfold by those who launched it.
One of the main goals of the COVID crisis is to introduce & begin implementing these passes in order to gain entry or be allowed access to various places, including retailers, churches, museums, hospitals, and so on.
I believe that those who planned this always had in mind the idea that at a certain stage, they'd switch from health passes to security passes, and then begin introducing hard security and denial of access to everyday areas of life many take for granted through an authentication check-in process.
They wouldn't have been able to accomplish the security passes out of the gate, so they are using the health crisis as the vehicle to get the public to begin to accept and adopt it, while violating rights with the intent of causing blowback that will allow for them to make the argument that the health pass must be converted to a security pass. This will allow them to more easily control & limit the resources of those who would fight them, as they wage a war of attrition against those who would stand up for liberty in the face of their tyranny.
Limited blowback is desired by them and part of the design, and the COVID19 agenda is very much wrapped up in the mass shooting agenda that has been operating for years before they dropped COVID onto the world.
They want to be able to cancel individuals in the reality space, just as they have been doing in the virtual space. In fact, the methods in the virtual space was a kind of proof of concept and will be merged into these health/security passes.

Earlier this week, We had what appeared to be muzzle flashes (vehicle lights start inside and produce glare, not pinpoints that expand).
Now we have some type of energetic light shield? Lol
