Blackman Elementary School Staff accused Elementary student of being on drugs. DCS force drug tests him only to prove he's clean.
If you'll remember, Blackman Elementary is the same school where the father of a 2nd grader was arrested (and later exonerated) after picking his son up from school.
Blackman has some serious issues it needs to resolve.

She was teacher and her husband was a Sheriff's deputy. Both positions of authority and trust.
