BREAKING: Middle Tennessee federal judge aims to block a law preventing schools from making mask requirements.

This federal judge (Waverly Crenshaw - Obama appointed activist judge) is overstepping his authority and slapping Tennesseans in the face with this order. The federal government has been given no enumerated powers concerning health or education. So how is this judge circumventing the 10th Amendment?
He is bastardizing the Americans with Disabilities Act and claiming the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution. This overreach is egregious and must be brought to an end.
Per the Tennessee Constitution in Article XI, Section 12, the General Assembly has been given the duty of controlling our public education system here in the state. They and they alone have the authority to prescribe duties and powers to boards of education, not federal judges.
Here is what needs to happen. The state is being defended in this case by Attorney General Herbert Slatery.
Per 28 U.S.C. Β§ 1292(a)(1), the AG has the ability to make an application for an interlocutory appeal directly to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and request a stay on this preliminary injunction. This can have an immediate effect.
The AG has a sworn duty to defend state law. We must protect our children from this tyranny. But we must also stand up and defend our state's rights. We cannot allow this federal ruling to stand without a fight. It is way out of bounds.
You can call the AG's office at (615) 741-3491 and ask them to immediately appeal to the 6th Circuit for a stay on this ruling by Judge Crenshaw regarding masks in schools.
