Hi, everyone!

This is Oksana.

For the last 10 years, I have been informally interviewing Robert Dilts.

I remember the first time, in an old ivy-covered building in Queens Park, London, in 2014.

As I entered the hall, people were just beginning to arrive for the Generative Coaching Certification ― and there was Robert onstage!

I had never before seen him in person, though I'd read all of his books.

I approached him, feeling like I was in a movie.

And with a huge smile, I ask,

― Robert Dilts, is that you?

And with a huge smile, he answers,

― Yes, it’s me.

So now, I’m onstage talking to Robert Dilts!

I forgot everything I had planned to say, and blurted out:

― Robert, how did you write so many books.

(He has written almost 40 books.)

At first, I thought the question was pretty stupid.

But Robert looked at me, his eyes twinkling, and he answered:

― I just use NLP.

But then I realized that it was a pretty good question.

And it was the beginning of a 10-year conversation.

Most recently, Richard and I spoke with Robert online in May:

― Robert, what is your mission?

― I want to light as many candles as possible. We need more light.
