Course Objectives:
After completion of this course, Attendees should:
• Understand main financial terms, concepts, statements, ratios and metrics
• Be capable to Interpret financial data, statements and ratios in assessing the financial state of a business.
• Fully able to integrate asset management concepts with financial aspects and requirements.
• Know how to prepare, appraise, evaluate and approve financial plans and business cases.
• Understand the hierarchy of economics, finance and cost in making financial decisions.
• Analyze maintain vs replace options and other alternative decisions based on the best financial strategies.
• Understand the financial sensitivity of asset management decisions and the use of decision tools for integrating business requirements.
• Identify the appropriate cost estimation and budgeting methodology for asset management.

Who should attend?
Maintenance and Reliability senior managers, engineers and professionals, who are responsible for maintenance and asset management decisions or performance improvement projects including plant principles in engineering, planning, scheduling, maintenance management and reliability personnel.
