1. Make confession, ask for forgiveness, seek for pardon for all trouble or issue you may have caused to others
2. Do self reflection and write down what you've learnt from the lesson.
3. Light candle or any wish making to wish those who you've hurt or troubled with positive blessing in hope you will become better from your self enlightenment
4. Acknowledge yourself by backing your own Qi Men Destiny Palace direction to meditate, and reaffirm you and your guardian that you have learnt the lesson and we shall become wiser, less judgemental,
"I take full responsibility for all my life's decision, I have learnt and I am growing to become better and wiser, Dear [guardian name], keep guiding me and stop me from repeating the same mistake, support me by providing me better empathy and wisdom in upcoming journey"
This is what I use for myself n my peer consultants during our coaching and excursion.
You may try to design yours to make it fit to your own personal preference.
