This is the day where we all have to face our internal self-contradiction, are we self-sabotaging ourselves into the corner? Are we poisoning our self?

Well, today is the day for us to face our inner self-contradictory. Time for detox and find way to released these negative thoughts and emotion.

June 12 | Between 1130am until 12:59pm | Backing South
1. Take a glass of water
2. Sit down backing South
3. Do your meditation as usual
4. Think of the top 3-5 issue that you feel dislike about yourself, or how other perceived you,
5. Then you verbally say it out towards the glass of water
6. While visualize all the negative emotion turned into dark puffy cloud slowly transferred into the glass of water (cut and paste, not copy and paste)
7. Finish your meditation
8. Stand-up, then pour that glass of water down the drain or anywhere out of your home (best with sun light)
9. Go back to where you do meditation
10. Sit straight, spread your leg wide a little
11. Raise both of your hand
12. Inhale wholeheartedly
13. Just yell "hoooo" down from your dantian (lower abdomen/gut)
14. Visualize vibration coming from your hand down to your shoulder,
15. Exhale wholeheartedy

I know this one is long but this is how we do it in Qi Men Inner Alignment. I haven't have the chance to teach da course, so u just use it.

Once done that, then between 5:00PM to 6:59PM | Backing Southeast
With the power of 6 Harmony at level 7
